About The Event
My father has been smoking turkeys in Columbia, SC for over 50 years, and I'm in my 13th year of trying to get it as good as he does. After curing the whole bird and coating it in our family's secret spice rub, I slowly smoke the bird until it is tender and moist. This is a real treat, and I'm making it available in extremely limited quantities. Reserve your bird today. Everyone at your table will thank you.
We are accepting orders from Monday October 28th through November 15th for pickup on Wednesday, November 27th from 2pm - 7pm.
